Selling NFTs on Spaace is very easy.
There are two ways in which you can sell an NFT:
Listing an NFT for sale and letting someone buy it at the price you have listed at
Accepting an offer on your NFT
When selling NFTs on Spaace, you are eligible to XP rewards through the Battle Pass. To learn more about how to earn XP when selling NFTs, click here.
Listing an NFT for sale
In order to put your NFT up for sale, you will need to list it.
You can either list a single NFT, or list multiple NFTs at once.
Single item listing
In order to list an NFT:
Head to your NFT portfolio using the Profile button in the top right of the platform
Hover your mouse over the NFT you would like to list and click on List
Enter a price and click on List
Confirm the transaction in your wallet
When listing an item, you will have the following options:
Set price to floor price: this will set the listing price at the floor price of the collection
Set price to top trait price: this will set the listing price at the price that corresponds to the top trait on your NFT
Duration: select a duration for your listing, default is No Expiration
Activate creator royalties: decide whether you'd like to support the creator of the collection by paying them a royalty fee when the item gets sold
Creator royalties are paid by the seller when the item gets purchased. They are deducted directly from the total earnings of the sale.
Creator royalties are set by the creator of the collection and are paid directly to the wallet address they have provided. Spaace doesn't generate revenue from creator royalties.
Multiple items listing (bulk listing)
Spaace also allows you to list multiple items at once.
To do so:
Head to your NFT portfolio using the Profile button in the top right of the platform
Select the NFTs you would like to list
Click on List items
Set a price for each item or use the Apply to all feature to set the same price for all the items you are listing
Click on List items
Confirm the transaction in your wallet
Accepting an offer
The other way to sell an NFT on Spaace is to accept an offer on one of your NFTs.
To check and accept offers:
Head to your NFT portfolio using the Profile button in the top right of the platform
Click on the NFT Offers tab and make sure you have selected Offers Received
Select the offer you would like to accept by clicking on Accept
Review the offer and click on Accept Offer to sell your NFT
Confirm the transaction in your wallet
Trading fees
Spaace charges a 0.75% trading fee on sales.
The fee is directly deducted from the earnings when the sale is processed.
You can preview the trading fees you will pay as a seller when listing an item or accepting an offer.
Spaace does not charge the buyer; only the seller pays the trading fees.
