Some users may experience issues when trying to edit or cancel an NFT listing on Spaace.
In most cases, this is not a bug but a misunderstanding related to where the NFT was originally listed.
This article explains why this happens and how to fix it.
Where can I see my active listings for a specific NFT?
To see all active listings for a specific NFT, open the NFT’s item page on Spaace and navigate to the Listings tab.
This section displays every active listing associated with that NFT, including listings created directly on Spaace as well as listings indexed from other marketplaces such as Blur or OpenSea.
Even if you did not create the listing on Spaace, it may still appear here. This allows you to understand the current selling state of the NFT across all supported marketplaces in one place.
If you are unsure why an NFT appears as listed, this is the first place you should check.
Why can’t I cancel or edit my listing?
The most common reason is that the NFT was listed on another marketplace, not directly on Spaace.
Spaace aggregates listings from multiple platforms. When a listing is created on an external marketplace, Spaace can display it but cannot modify or cancel it. Only the marketplace where the listing was originally created has permission to manage it.
How does this usually happen?
This typically happens when an NFT was listed on Blur or OpenSea in the past.
Even if the listing was created days or weeks ago, it remains active until it is canceled on the original platform. Once indexed, the listing will appear on Spaace as well.
From the user’s point of view, it can feel like the NFT was listed “by Spaace”, while in reality it was simply imported and displayed.
What actions are possible depending on where the listing was created?
If the listing was created directly on Spaace, you can edit the price, cancel the listing, or relist the NFT at any time.
If the listing was created on another marketplace, those actions are not available on Spaace. In that case, you must go back to the original marketplace and manage the listing there. Once updated or canceled, Spaace will automatically reflect the change.
Why does Spaace show listings from other marketplaces?
Spaace indexes listings from major NFT marketplaces to provide better price discovery, accurate floor prices, and a unified view of available liquidity.
Because of this, some listings you see on Spaace may not be fully controllable from Spaace itself.
I sold an NFT by mistake. What happened?
In many reported cases, the NFT was already listed on another marketplace and the owner forgot about the existing listing. When the market price was reached, the NFT was sold automatically.
To avoid this, it is important to regularly check all active listings and cancel any outdated ones on the platforms where they were originally created.
What should I do if I want my NFT listed on Spaace?
You can:
Cancel the listing on the original marketplace
Then create a new listing directly on Spaace
This ensures:
Full control over the listing
Ability to edit or cancel anytime
Eligibility for Spaace-specific rewards and XP
Is this a known issue?
Yes. We are actively working on improvements to make listing sources clearer and reduce confusion when managing listings.
Until then, checking the Listings tab on each NFT is the best way to stay in control.
Still having issues?
