Buying and flipping

To start trading on Flip, go to a collection's page.

Here, you have access to all the collection's information such as:

  • Its name, creator, and contract address

  • Its on-chain data: market cap, price, volume, transactions, liquidity pool amount, and holders

  • Its bonding curve

  • Its NFTs

Liquidity Pool

On Flip, NFTs sold during the mint are directly sent into the liquidity pool.

When a purchase is made, if there are NFTs present in the liquidity pool, those NFTs are prioritized for purchase.

If the liquidity pool is empty, the purchased NFT is considered a new mint.

In other words:

  • If the liquidity pool contains NFTs: the bonding curve does not move (the price does not go up or down during a trade)

  • If the liquidity pool is empty: the bonding curve moves (the price goes up or down during a trade)
